During my working life I have gained experience at a senior level in Sports and Leisure Centre Management, Further Education and have managed people, budgets, and curricula in Sport, Business, Travel and Tourism, Skills for Working Life and Public Services. I have taught and assessed across all the above areas from Entry Level to Level 4 Foundation Degree. I have mentored leisure services staff and teaching staff. Been responsible for Quality Assurance in Sport and on BTEC vocational courses. Currently employed by Edexcel as Standards Verifier and Centre Quality Reviewer for Sport and International Approval and Implementation Officer. I have a well developed mix of hard and soft skills such as word processing and Mentoring. and have recently passed my Prince2 qualification in project management.
