A dealership manager with a proven track record of being able to motivate and galvanize teams so that they are all willing to go above and beyond for the greater good of the business. People and culture are the single most important thing to me, as this then leads to teams pushing in a single direction to achieve all the required KPI's that are required for our stakeholders. I have approximately 11 years of management experience within the automotive dealership environment and a further 7 years as one of Ford Australia’s leading sales consultants. I am a multiple recipient of Ford Australia’s "Pacemaker Award", which is only awarded to the top 30 sales consultants Australia wide.
