* Serves as Detachment Sergeant. As Senior Enlisted, advises Company Commander on all matters. Plans, coordinates, supervises and reinforces Warrior Tasks and Battle Drills and Senior Enlisted Development * supervises 3 platoons consisting of staff sections, petroleum operations and petroleum laboratory branches * responsible for the health and welfare of assigned Soldiers * responsible for all aspects of the unit's discipline, morale, deployability, daily administration and training * oversees the Company counseling and sponsorship programs * responsible for the professional development of NCOs.

In-Transit Visibility (ITV) includes, local, regional, national and international tracking ability. As a senior level manager with the responsibility and ability to track the identity, the status and location of inventory and shipments from origin to consignee or destination, delivering true transparency to the supply chain. ITV includes the listing, tracking and safe movement of passengers.

Assigned duties, spot checks work adequacy and instructed and supervised subordinates in work techniques and procedures. Determined source of product contamination in storage areas and pipelines and directs reclamation and disposition for petroleum products. Assured adherence to safety procedures and ensures keeping of efficient, clean and safe work environment. Supervised aircraft refueling and defueling operations.Estimated requirements for personnel, equipment, user/organizational maintenance and repair of petroleum distribution facilities. Scheduled and dispatched petroleum products through pipelines and other distribution facilities or equipment. Initiated and supervised environmental protection activities and contingency plans. Reviewed, consolidated and prepared technical, personnel and administrative reports associated with POL activities in assigned unit. Supervised unit level quality surveillance operations.Supervised and monitored quality surveillance programs and activities. Ensured compliance with fire and safety regulations.

Organize and coordinate engineering activities across multiple groups, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Hold meetings with hardware owners, instrumentation personnel, and validation managers to ensuring the customer's engine build remains on schedule and program requirements are met. Address technical issues, evaluate risks and provide recommendations to solve problems. Coordinate instrumentation & installation requirements with assembly floor personnel. Document instrumentation requirements & updates (TJR & TIRs). Maintain customer's engine bill of material and track shortages. Generate weekly assembly status reports.
