Co-Founder, President and Chief Investment Officer for Opale Capital. My focus is on assessing macro economic scenarios, their impact on how we choose investment strategies and how we create based on this what we consider to be the best investment opportunities with the right vehicle format. I oversee the selection, fund management and tech teams.

In charge of optimising returns from the Group's investment of its own funds into its operational subsidiaries. Led identification and implementation of new activities that improved the return on capital for the bank, mainly securitisations, hedging of illiquid assets and sale of portfolios.

Set a new standard for treasury practices across all Group geographies for the Retail and Private Bank and helped all the countries meet the new standards. $60m additional revenue per year through this change.

- Owner of HSBC France funding plan, meant to have diversified sources of funding and meet the liquidity needs of the bank. - Coordinated the issurance of debt issuance for the bank, €5bn new debt issued in 2 years. - Owner of the internal funds transfer pricing for all bank businesses.

Member of the retail and wealth management bank executive committee, leading on all financial aspects, notably developing the annual plan and leading the identification of corrective actions to get financial trajectory back on track if needed.

Involved in 4 main types of engagements carried out in the UK, France, Spain and Morrocco: - Establishment of companies' strategic plans - Client's activity analysis and implementation of the change proposed to enhance/create a competitive advantage - Design of new organisations to derive synergies following a merger. - Investment support for Private Equity firms through market analysis and target companies due diligence
