These are some of my responsibilities for Research Assistant carried out by me. 1.Conduct literature searches 2.Perform study scheduling 3.Perform studies as related to research project 4.Validate quality of data elements/data editing 5.Perform experiments 6.Tabulate research data 7.Record results of experiments The responsibilities for the teacher assistant entailed the following: 1. Shares relevant information about the performance and behavior of individual learners. 2.Gathers relevant information through working with student or students to provide feedback into the planning process. 3.Produces materials and implements strategies to accommodate individual learner needs. 4.Monitors and reports to teacher and team on implementation of the program. 5.Facilitates student learning individually and in small groups. 6.Carries out work within developed structures and plans, being consistent with expectations for student.

I currently work at the Nimba County Community College(NCCC) as a lecturer at the Science and Agriculture Department in the General Forestry and Natural Resource Management programs. I am also serving as the General Secretary to the programs.

I work as a lecturer at the Department of Science and Agriculture in the Natural Resource Management and General Forestry Programs.
