Senior Manager - Facilities Enterprise Planning & Integration

• Spearhead complete oversight of business processes and IT systems design, implementation, and sustainment for Aeronautics Facilities & Plant Engineering (FPE). • Responsible for budget of $2.5M as well as administering training for more than 800 employees across 3 sites, that includes 27K classes centered on certification, compliance, and business objectives. • Utilize advanced knowledge and expertise to perform risk management and mitigation, asset management, audits, operating excellence programs within FPE, strategic planning, and facility condition assessments. • Direct development and implementation of ISO 55000 policy for more than 70K assets through managing overall asset management strategy. • Foster relationships with colleges to drive OLDP and intern program success, oversee university event relations, set-up requisitions, conduct interviews, and delegate assignments. • Coordinate FPE level lease administration for 10 sites within Aeronautics and area control. • Oversee 20 staff across 3 major sites, including 12 personnel reporting to organization and responsibility for an IWTA with 3 company employees and 5 contract employees. • Achieve and maintain working knowledge of systems utilized by facilities professionals, including Maximo, Tririga, Projectwise, and Microstation.
