• Manage the overall Aeronautics 3 year capital plan and act as the Infrastructure (Property, Plant & Equipment) portfolio manager • Collaborate and developing partnerships with the other portfolio managers over engineering & technology, ADP, ASBD, Production Operations, and Q&MS • Lead the development of the annual and 3 year long range plan forecast by identifying program targets, and working with the Executive Leadership Team POC's to finalize individual program plans • Develop funding strategies, options and recommendations for capital substitution or supplemental requests for the current year capital plan

• Spearhead complete oversight of business processes and IT systems design, implementation, and sustainment for Aeronautics Facilities & Plant Engineering (FPE). • Responsible for budget of $2.5M as well as administering training for more than 800 employees across 3 sites, that includes 27K classes centered on certification, compliance, and business objectives. • Utilize advanced knowledge and expertise to perform risk management and mitigation, asset management, audits, operating excellence programs within FPE, strategic planning, and facility condition assessments. • Direct development and implementation of ISO 55000 policy for more than 70K assets through managing overall asset management strategy. • Foster relationships with colleges to drive OLDP and intern program success, oversee university event relations, set-up requisitions, conduct interviews, and delegate assignments. • Coordinate FPE level lease administration for 10 sites within Aeronautics and area control. • Oversee 20 staff across 3 major sites, including 12 personnel reporting to organization and responsibility for an IWTA with 3 company employees and 5 contract employees. • Achieve and maintain working knowledge of systems utilized by facilities professionals, including Maximo, Tririga, Projectwise, and Microstation.

• Responsible for managing $16.8M budget. • Maintained all aspects of equipment and infrastructure at 3 sites. • Fostered collaborative environment for department of 41 salaried leaders and technical staff, and 322 craftspeople representing 4 unions (IAM, IBEW, FITU, and OPEIU). • Managed 6 direct reports with responsibility for equipment maintenance, contractor oversight, energy management conservation system (EMCS), boiler room, work order control, grounds keeping, mobile aircraft support equipment maintenance, sanitation, $20M maintenance material warehouse, and department administration.

• Provided all aspects of technical support on F-35 machine tools and plant equipment. • Analyzed and determined innovative solutions consistent with Reliability Centered Maintenance methodology for unusually complex mechanical and electrical technical problems to increase reliability, determine root cause issues, develop corrective actions, and monitor effectiveness of solutions. • Ensure consistent adherence to company policies, procedures and quality standards • Planned, designed and oversaw reconfiguration, maintenance, and alteration of equipment, machinery, buildings, structures, and other facilities. • Coordinated and reviewed data concerning facility or equipment specifications, company or government restrictions, required completion date, and construction feasibility. • Collaborated with architecture/engineering firms to develop design criteria and prepare layout and detail drawings. Prepared bid sheets and contracts for construction and facilities acquisition. • Reviewed and estimated design costs, including equipment, installation, labor, materials, and preparation. • Inspected construction and installation progress to ensure conformance to established drawings, specifications, and schedules.
