Paul Hutton

Paul is a leadership coach, advisor, and a seasoned change practitioner with more than 20 years of experience in organisational transformation. He spent the first half of his career in software development before redirecting his focus into the more human elements of change. Parallel to this transition, he also became an entrepreneur, and co-founded Ekipa Consultancy, creating a positive impact for enterprises in South East Asia and beyond. He is an enthusiastic advocate of re-humanising our experience of work, as organisations continue to evolve and deepen their self-awareness, creating possibilities for collaboration that have not previously available been due to the influences of Taylorism inherent in most organisations.
