Tritium is a technology leader for the development and manufacture of fast chargers for electric vehicles. The business is in a high growth sector and revenue has more than doubled in each of the last three years, with locations in Brisbane, Amsterdam and Los Angeles. As Chief Operating Officer my functional responsibilities and achievements covered; • Revenue growth from $14 Million to $60 Million in just 24 months. • The successful rapid development & delivery of Ionity project - as detailed below. • Development of Global Manufacturing Operations to support $140M forecast revenue stream. • Engineering & NPD Team of 80 engineers to develop pioneering & innovative technology, followed by rapid industrialisation for production. • Continuous Improvement – driving and adopting Lean Manufacturing across all operational areas of the business. • Global Supply Chain, Purchasing, Distribution Centre & Logistics. • OH&S and Human Relations. • Quality function- successfully achieving ISO9001, ISO14001 & ISO45001 accreditations. In 2018, Tritium was awarded a $30M contract by Ionity, which was a high focus programme to electrify Europe with new technology High Power 350kW charging stations. This project required the fast-track development and delivery to meet very tight contractual milestone of just 20 weeks. This was successfully delivered and Tritium was rewarded with a second $35M contract in 2019.
