Support NPI tasks and assist in workflow based on manufacturing knowledge to meet and exceed customer’s on-time delivery, efficiency, and quality goals. Internal and external communication with customers to ensure a clear understanding of processes, procedures, design improvement opportunities and the plant's capabilities in the EMS industry. Development of specifications, utilization and operating instructions for manufacturing equipment and processes. Provide initial training and documentation on new processes, equipment, and current standards. Analyze and plan work force utilization, space requirements and workflow with Production Manager. Design layout of equipment and workspace for maximum efficiency.

Machine Operator
Setup, and operate VCD, RAD, and DIP machines that automatically insert leaded electronic components such as resistors, capacitors, diodes, and IC chips onto through-hole PCBs. Hand place parts and tends to computer controlled Selective Solder and Wave machines that solder electronic components onto printed circuit boards, according to processing specifications.
