With over 10 years of experience in entrepreneurship, management, and education, I have developed a strong expertise in creating and scaling impactful solutions that address the needs and challenges of the evolving workforce. My mission is to empower people to discover and unleash their full potential, and to enable organizations to align their talent strategy with their business goals. I am also the Co-President of CERCLE HUMANIA, a Think Tank of leaders and experts who promote human-centric approaches to management and innovation. I hold a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from Harvard University, and I have studied entrepreneurship and negotiation at Sciences Po and New York University. I am fluent in English and French. I have a keen interest in learning and exploring new cultures and perspectives.
