Paul Cichocki is Chief Commercial Officer and Executive Vice President of BJs Wholesale Club. Paul's responsibilities include Merchandising, Membership, Marketing, Analytics and Business Transformation. Mr. Cichocki joined BJ’s in April 2020. Prior to joining BJ’s, Mr. Cichocki was a partner in Bain & Company’s Boston office where he spent more than twenty years serving clients across a range of industries including retail, consumer products, financial services and food and beverage. Most recently, he led Bain’s Scale Consulting Delivery capabilities and was responsible for integrating and coordinating Bain’s consulting support and delivery organizations globally. Mr. Cichocki was also a member of Bain’s Global Operating Committee and Investment Committee. Prior to Bain, Mr. Cichocki worked as an operating manager at Frito-Lay, a division of PepsiCo. Mr. Cichocki attended Harvard Business School, where he earned an MBA with distinction. He is also a graduate from the University of Massachusetts, where he received a bachelor’s degree in operations management with high honors.

He has led a large number of performance improvement projects that have included redesign efforts across sales, marketing, G&A functions, R&D and manufacturing. Paul also leads Bain’s Product Development and Management function. He is responsible for integrating and coordinating Bain’s many scale consulting support and delivery organizations in service of consulting teams. As part of this role, Paul is responsible for Product Practice & Knowledge, the Bain Capability Centers in India and Poland, Information Services (research), External Eco-system (Alliance Partnership Program and the Bain Advisory Network), Next Generation Software Tools for clients, Proprietary Data Businesses and Benchmarking. . Paul is a member of the Global Operating Committee and Investment Committee. Paul formerly led Bain’s Americas Performance Improvement practice for 7 years.
