Paul Chaina is the Owner and Founder of aba TRADES, and has 19 years of experience in the trade industry. Starting ABA Plumbing and Gas 11 years ago, Paul has grown his business from one van to 29 vans and 29 tradies. He is now expanding the business to all trades including air-conditioning, roofing, electrical and solar and bathroom renovations. Paul has a vision to grow nationally across all states and be the go-to for all trade solutions. He has grown the business by prioritising team development and training, which has led to outstanding customer service and a strong internal culture. He even built a dedicated training station where team members can sharpen their skills and confidently handle any trade-related enquiry, or at the very least ensure the right support is available within the team.
