From a young age I always knew that I wanted to be an entrepreneur; I wanted to work for myself and create a successful company. I had started a few business ventures but it wasn't until I had dogs of my own that I realized what I wanted to do. In 1994 it was difficult to provide healthy, natural nutrition for your pets. Like today, most of the choices were low grade foods from cheap quality ingredients manufactured by huge food companies. That problem became the motivation for the start of Nature’s Select! Pet lovers search for the best nutrition available; My goal was to create a healthy, safe pet food alternative that people and their pets would love.
