In my role at ROSEN Europe, I led the UK & Ireland business unit, focusing on P&L management and strategic client engagement. I developed and executed initiatives that enhanced stakeholder relationships and drove significant revenue growth. My leadership contributed to a robust business strategy that positioned the company as a market leader in the region.

Management team responsibilities include Health, Safety and Environment, Information Systems and facilities management. As the business area leader of the Engineering Services Group, I am responsible for the management and delivery of services including field and laboratory based work, test rig development & operation, failure investigations and site inspections.

Responsible for development and delivery of the field services work undertaken by MACAW including the onsite materials sampling of live plant and equipment. Other typical project include: Project manager on Cathodic Protection System replacement at major UK oil terminal Visual inspection and condition assessment of kerosene storage tanks and pipelines On site investigations and corrosion risk surveys for new steel pipelines Design & operation of a rig to test corrosion properties of inhibitors on LNG tank material Near-shore survey of major North Sea oil pipeline Metallographic preparation and examination of high pressure pipeline failures, pressure vessel coatings and automotive components Management of a 3 year project on the condition assessment of cast iron water pipe samples

Joined MACAW Engineering to provide engineering support not long after the company had formed, was responsible for developing IT and HS&E systems. Whilst seconded to an oilfield service company in Aberdeen, i took responsibility for developing and implementing Risk Based Inspection (RBI) management software for a global oil company.
