When pressure is applied to these areas and points it stimulates the movement of energy along the nerve channels, and helps to restore homeostasis (balance) in the whole body. By calling upon Reiki as a safe, non-invasive technique to treat physical, mental and emotional imbalances in the body. With intent to increase energy levels, relieve pain, promote wellbeing and to bring about spiritual awareness through clearing and balancing the chakras.
