Apoyo directamente a la alta dirección en la planificación, organización y seguimiento de las actividades estratégicas de la empresa. Coordino la comunicación entre diferentes áreas y realizo seguimiento a proyectos y procesos administrativos para facilitar la toma de decisiones. Adicionalmente, participo activamente en el área de operaciones, apoyando la coordinación de procesos logísticos y operativos, así como la gestión con clientes, proveedores y aliados estratégicos, contribuyendo a que las operaciones se desarrollen de manera eficiente y alineadas con los objetivos de la organización.

Supporting core banking operations and customer service initiatives while gaining hands-on experience in community banking. • Assisted with daily financial transactions, loan documentation, and account reconciliations. • Supported marketing activities aimed at improving customer engagement and digital outreach. • Collaborated with branch managers and compliance officers to understand regulatory frameworks. • Gained exposure to personal and business banking services, including deposits, lending, and financial advising. This internship has enhanced my understanding of community banking, customer relationship management, and financial operations aligning closely with my studies in Business Management, Accounting, and Marketing.
