• Full responsibility and accountability for both operational and commercial functions of the contract with a focus on the end-to-end supply chain. • Management of supplier relationships and local commercial agreements to ensure cost effectiveness and service quality standards. • Identify and undertake business improvements and cost reduction reviews throughout scope of role. • Conduct variance analysis of both costs and revenue against targets and implement corrective action as required. • Manage the transition of business from 3PL provider back to client holdings whilst maintaining current SLAs and budgets.

Managed $15m annual transport budget. Reduced Supply Chain incidents by 35% through reporting and corrective action implementation.
