Through this position, I had an opportunity to attend and participate in different meetings to gather residents' feedback about UCLA dorm life, whilst proposing different suggestions to improve their experience. I had a chance to host different events that aimed to provide resources for residents and that bolstered a sense of camaraderie for the community that I was representing.

As a Goals 4 Life Intern, I was tasked to assist the foundation's middle school program. I helped the sixth-grade team supervise a class of over forty students. My tasks include providing additional academic tutoring and mentorship to these students while assisting the staff with clerical work. This experience allowed me to realize the value of education and commitment to one's community.
