Created, Championed, and Project Managed Lean initiatives across F-22 Support Systems Integrated Product Team, to help meet Air Force F-22 Sustainment objectives. Completed multiple projects resulting over $1 Million in savings, using classic Lean tool such as Value Stream Mapping (VSM) Accelerated Improvement Workshops (AIW) and Theory of Constraints Managed all Support System IPT documentation in preparation for ISO/AS Audit Conducted thorough Root Cause Corrective Actions of significant cost over-runs and customer satisfaction concerns Developed Proposals for the yearly and multi year sustainment contracts.

Conducted Internal Audits of All Space and Intelligent Systems Sites to monitor effectiveness and compliance to AS9100B and ISO 9001 Quality System Standards with emphasis on 5S and Lean Manufacturing Principles. Lead Employee Involvement (EI) team of ten persons to develop training material for each different discipline of internal quality audit. Disciplines to include Area Control Audits, Quality System Audits, Production Planning audits Participated heavily in a second EI team focused on the retention and development of Generation Y employees to fulfill future staffing needs.

Responsible for the creation of measurement plans, the review, the evaluation, and the approval of Advanced Supplier Information (ASI) and Build / Buy To design Packages (BTP) for approximately 60 structural components & composite parts in order to support First Article Inspection (FAI). This included close communication with Design Engineers to ensure proper 3-D model tolerances for producibility and process control Worked closely with Skins and Panels IPT to identify Key Characteristics of components in order to ensure precision and statistical accuracy throughout their assembly Worked side by side with Manufacturing Engineers to develop and approve effective and efficient manufacturing Visual Aids. Specifically in the area of step, gap and mismatch measurement and control Reviewed Program specifications to identify areas of noncompliance in current practices; collaborated with Materials and Processes group to revise procedures or request variances Lead Corrective Action investigations with cross functional team members of major assembly defects. Presented Results to Program Management at Program Preventive and Corrective Action Board PCAB.

Created and maintained audit schedule for auditor use and record purposes Collaborated with other NG organizations to develop an automated audit customer satisfaction system. To provided feedback to Audit Group for performance and goal setting.

Investigated quality issues on the F/A-18 Super Hornet assembly line. Created and implemented methods to prevent future defects Analyzed trend data to anticipate future quality issues - Conducted cost benefit analysis on proposed manufacturing changes.
