Key contributor within the Product Development Team to incorporate multi-shot (2-3 shot) molding systems (Foboha, Boucherie, Gram type spin-stack molds) to gain cost effective molding efficiencies while maintaining a competitive advantage.

Created Celtic Mold & Design, Inc. offering companies a full-service location to supply Product Design, Mold Design, Mold Manufacturing, and Injection Molding of short –run through high volume quantities of precision plastic components. Versed in all phases of precision machining. Hands-on experience includes CNC programing, milling, grinding, EDM processes, heat-treatment and polishing of all tool steels. Collaborated with Design Engineering and Manufacturing departments of major corporations including Black & Decker, DeWalt, Covidian (US Surgical), General Electric, Bic Corporation, Emerson Electric, and ConAir to design and manufacture multiple components utilizing either engineering or commodity plastic resins. Researched, purchased and implemented all assets associated with the design, manufacturing and quality control systems that were required to support the ongoing business needs.
