As a BIM Manager, I bring a robust BIM management capacity to projects. My proficiency lies in leveraging BIM tools such as Autodesk Construction Cloud (i.e., BIM 360, and BIM Collaborate Pro) to streamline project workflows and enhance collaboration among multidisciplinary teams. As a BIM Coordinator, I set up projects on BIM 360, create and manage a team of interdisciplinary BIM modelers, and set up design and document management protocols on ACC. Improve design collaboration, workflow, and efficiency by deploying Revit plug-ins such as DiRoots, and Kobi Toolkit, leading to a significant % reduction in delivery time by 40%. 3. Curate and produced 200+ medical equipment Revit families improving modeling coordination and efficiency. 4. Coordinate BIM models internally and externally on BIM 360 achieving 95% clash-free design and construction. 5. Conduct 5+ bid processes and preliminary costing on prospective projects, consistently achieving over 5% cost savings.

Managed (as QA/QC Engineer), the activities of three contractors on "Faculty of Law Administrative Building (consisting of three suspended floors) the University of Ibadan" Construction, resolved technical issues and conflicts on-site and ensured qualitative and timely delivery of milestones were achieved. 7. Carried out the structural design and construction supervision of "Christ Embassy Ibadan South-West 4,000 seating auditorium" with 32m span roof steel truss.
