Patty established Qualtrics' Healthcare and Life Sciences business unit. - Grew business unit revenue from $14M to $62M (435%) within 2 years.  - Recruited, trained, and managed a 30-person team that developed and sold new product lines that disrupted the existing market.

Press Ganey provides patient experience measurement, performance analytics, and strategic advisory solutions for healthcare provider, payer, and other healthcare commercial organizations. - Managed a $385M P&L overseeing operations, product management, corporate development, and customer success. - Met with potential investors and led due diligence for taking the company public for $1.35B in 2015 and back private for $2.35B a year later in 2016.  - Created and led a program for customer success that resulted in 97% client retention of 26,000 clients and 99% annual quality service levels.  - Spearheaded modernization of products and services that quadrupled revenue growth over 3 years.

PatientImpact was the first eSurvey company that collected and reported patient experience results in real-time for medical practices and outpatient facilities to drive operations improvement, differentiation from the competition, and business growth. Press Ganey acquired PatientImpact in 2009. - Revolutionized patient satisfaction measurement as the Founder of the first electronic survey company in healthcare.  - Boot-strapped business, doubling revenues each year from 2006 to 2009.  - Oversaw sales, operations, product, engineering, and finance; grew team to 12 employees. - Sold company in 2009 to the industry-leading patient satisfaction research firm for 6x revenue.
