I'm the Linear Product Specialist for Kaman Automation, a national distributor of motion control. In this role I am a resource for our customers and staff when it comes to selecting profile and round rail, ball screws, rack and pinion and other linear products. I find great success in working alongside my co-workers and customers to find the right solution for the application. Before joining Minarik, now Kaman Automation, I worked at Bennett's Cycle which was the largest, single bike shop in Minnesota. At Bennett's I wore many hats including being the sales manager and operations manager. My favorite part of the job was being able to create long lasting relationships with my customers. I learned early on in my career that what motivates me is having variety in my work and working with people. I also like to do what I can to improve a situation and leave it in better condition than when I found it.
