I provided education and training for patients in an eighty bed Rehab facility, working closely with twenty therapists to come up with the best possible plan of care for our patients.

I coordinated and monitored the staff workload, productivity, compliance and outcomes of therapy for 12 to 16 therapists spread out over four locations while performing daily Marketing and Recruiting tasks. I also ensured that all monthly training for managment and staff was completed in a timely manner, and that all employee records and credentialing were maintained to 100% compliance. During my tenure as the Account Manager I improved productivity to 90% securing the continuing flow of revenue for the company.

As my first forray into the civilian work-force, I professionally assisted a staff of eight Physical Therapists in a busy private practice setting. My duties included supervising three physical therapy technicians and conducting staff training and education on propper treatments and therapy procedures.

Promoting the ethos of NAPW among the professional women in the Chicagoland, and serving as the key-note speaker at monthly chapter meetings and various other NAPW events. My goal is to support the organization's vision of empowering members by providing them with education and support, while creating a sisterhood of women who bring value to each other and their community.
