* AP: Managing payment run processes, maintaining accrual schedules and processing multi-currency transactions across the group. * AR: monitoring customer accounts for irregularities and maintain customer file up to date * Handling supplier queries by phone and email, through to resolution * Bank reconciliations * Weekly cash reports. * Processing Contractors Payroll and company expenses to employees. * Taking part in companies projects such as changing functional currency from USD to EUR. * Assistance in rebuilding entire general and nominal ledger as well as the AP, AR and Bank ledgers after server failure.

* Family entrepreneurial venture within a non-alcoholic beverage industry. * Launching a new product on the polish market. * Preparing detailed business plans which cover relevant goals and objectives. * Financial analysis. * Looking after the company's financial resources and allocating them as appropriate. * Developing external relationships with auditors, solicitors, bankers and organisations such as the Maspex Wadowice Group (market leader in the production of juices, and soft drinks in Poland, Czech Republic and Slovakia and a main player in Hungary, Bulgaria, Romania).
