Stage Master 1 • Receiving, checking and processing (scheduling) all transport orders coming from customers/requestors • Respond to routine customer enquiries concerning service ordered • Maintain communication on a daily basis with customers and take action in order to respond on their needs • Track the status of orders in the Transport Management System and communicate issues and solutions - continuous tracking of orders and keeping customers informed • Slot management (outbound & inbound) • Daily load factor monitoring: Checking every new order according to the set up rules & loading patterns and based on Factor Analysis Principle • Spot sourcing - in case of problems with availability of trucks and once-off orders; • Handing over non-scheduled orders and new lanes to the Transport Planners • Gathering and data validation for TP- full and correct set of docs concerning claims, transport invoices - gathering and checking, weekly reports collecting • Prepare and monitor performance appraisal indicators (KPI) describing service level for customers being in charge of • Provide appropriate data required for a final KPIs generation • KPIs regularly review • Create and maintain relationships on operational level between Control Tower members and customers (breweries, suppliers) • Coordination of information flow between customers, within Control Tower and Carriers
