• Kilachand Hall, Boston University (91 Bay State Rd, Boston, MA) Phase 2 transformed Kilachand Hall with the addition of a new stairwell and new student elevators to access the residence on the west side of the building, necessitating the redesign of some living spaces around the new elevator core, including a renovation of the ADA accessible rooms to ensure they are meeting the needs of students. Improvements were made to the restrooms in each resident suite to provide added exhaust airflow to these spaces. Most noticeably was the complete demolition and redesign of the ninth floor to serve Kilachand, so all can enjoy the breathtaking river and skyline views in a modern and comfortable space. Finally, extensive exterior was performed on the brick façade to maintain the historical aspects of the building. Implementation: • Assisted assistant superintendent, project superintendent, and project manager with daily and weekly tasks including daily reports, daily safety walks, weekly quantity reports, weekly schedule updates, subcontractor coordination, material verification, quality control, and project logistics. • Helped provide technical assistance on projects, interpreted contract drawings, RFI’s, and submittals. • Participated in quality programs including attendings meetings, performing inspections and verifying materials. Commercial contracting, restoration, concrete, masonry & waterproofing in the Greater Boston Area. • Performed masonry tasks such a laying brick and block, repointing, jointing, and waterproofing. • Performed general labor tasks throughout projects. • Help equipment operators, carpenters, and other skilled labor when necessary. • Put together and take apart temporary structures, such as scaffolding. • Follow instructions from supervisors, superintendents, and project managers.

• Officiated soccer games across all age groups, maintaining patience and self-control and following laws of the game. • Assisted in the development of youth soccer players, communicating effectively and taking on new information.
