Patrick Marshall
Board Member @ Edesa Biotech, Inc.
About
I’ve worked in strategy, operations, and finance roles across start-ups and public companies in pharma, tech, transportation, and financial services. I currently work with a natural products (supplements) company and serve as a director of a clinical-stage biotech focused on immune and inflammatory diseases. I’m interested in community building and social impact. I’ve co-founded initiatives like Together Project, which connects refugee newcomers with volunteers, and Flex Community, a 24-hour relay supporting innovative non-profits. I also organize Festival699, an annual community film event now in its 20th year. I advise Jouleia, a climate-tech start-up focused on home electrification, and serve as a director at Faith & The Common Good, a national interfaith network working on community-led climate action. I’m motivated by how we build stronger social connections and translate shared concern into meaningful change. Always happy to connect with others thinking about these ideas.
