Implemented new methods for doing things to reduce effort on our consultants, as well as our internal staff. This included re-building the infrastructure powering Maxima by making the transition to the cloud. For many of our services we decided to use the Google Cloud as their infrastructure and company goals are aligned with what Maxima looks for in partners, clients, and solutions providers. -Implemented, customized, and worked with the developer of eHour- an internal time tracking app -Migrated to Google Apps where our workflow has changed leading to more productivity and uptime -Customized, deployed, and implemented ERPNext, an open source ERP application which improved operations and productivity as all the required information is easily accessible to anyone who needs it.

Used BIRT, an open source program used for keeping track of employees process on different projects. I wrote an application which ran on JAVA, HTML and PHP which automated reports weekly for everyone in the email list
