• Led redesign of thermal interface material (TIM) measurement testing system to support visualization of spreading, thickness tracking, and exerted pressure calculations; simplified testing process and reduced design costs by +$7k for this networking product manufacturer. • Utilized SolidWorks, a Form Labs 3BL 3D printer and a computer numerical control (CNC) metal machine to design, model, and manufacture TIM testing system, and presented final project to all business units across the company. • Collaborated with mechanical and thermal engineering teams on projects to identify processes for prohibiting parts from overheating, including, TIM measurement system, component sourcing, and thermal chamber research.

• Designed, measured, and modeled crude and high precision metal pieces for automotive, medical, and renewable energy sectors; identified/corrected defects, and ensured production quality for this metal stamping, forming, and parts assembly services company. • Partnered with lead mechanical engineering computer automated designer (CAD) on development of CAD drawings for existing parts to be manufactured by Keats.
