Patrick Cheung

Patrick Cheung is the Head of People Capability, Technology and GCNA at Standard Chartered. With extensive years of managerial experience in formulating, managing and executing business/ HR transformations for global and regional companies, he specialises in Strategy Formulation, Organisational Transformation, Talent Management, Skills Development, and Research-based Insights. Prior of joining Standard Chartered, Patrick held various positions at IBM Consulting, Hong Kong, including Talent Transformation Leader, Strategy & Experience Design Lead, and etc. He had served clients in various industries, ranging from conglomerates, insurance, retail, healthcare to public sector and education institutions. Patrick is an active contributor in the HK community with involvement in the External Communications Committee of HKIHRM and Education Committee of CanCham. He earned his Master of Business Administration from HKUST, Master of International and Public Affairs from HKU and Bachelor of Commerce from University of Toronto.
