Electroflow Technologies is reshoring America’s lithium supply by developing an advanced Direct Lithium Extraction (DLE) process for low-ppm brine sources across the U.S., unlocking previously untapped resources for the clean energy transition. As a Founding Engineer, I design, build, and refine critical hardware that enables our technology to scale. From component level challenges to full-scale system implementation, I work across disciplines to turn concepts into reality.

At Benchmark Space Systems, I contributed to the development of propulsion systems for active commercial spacecraft. I designed mechanical components, created precision technical drawings using GD&T, and worked hands-on with high-pressure fuel tanks. My role also involved conducting hydrogen peroxide conditioning, pressure, and leak tests to support the search for a new HTP-compatible coating material. This experience strengthened my expertise in spacecraft hardware development, testing, and precision engineering.

I worked on the cell recycling team to increase throughput and build methods to process new battery materials and cell designs.

Worked on all cockpit components to improve the vehicles performance. I focused on redesigning the steering wheel to bring it up to date adding modern features such as an LCD screen and switches.

Assisted in the transfer to a new frame for the 2022 year. Insured proper integration and compatibility with all components.

Organized club events, meetings and outreach with the community. Created events with local companies to help students network and explore their interests.

Planned out jobs, evaluated potential sites and lead the field survey team in the field.

Worked under a Party Chief conducting A2 quality As-Built, Topographic, Plot Plan, and Stakeout surveys. Gained valuable experience working with a crew as well as using AutoCAD and reading construction plans.
