My role includes evaluating building data, assisting in heat load calculations, preparing technical layouts, and helping to optimize system configurations for energy-efficient heating solutions. I collaborate closely with engineering and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution and contribute to the transition toward sustainable, electrified heating in Germany.

Supported the VDA’s raw materials and policy team by preparing and analyzing studies, developing presentations, and creating the bi-weekly newsletter. Maintained databases on global raw material availability and conducted continuous monitoring of international raw-material policy measures. Additionally responsible for meeting preparation and coordination.

Responsible for vehicle rental operations, including customer identification, processing damage reports, preparing and issuing invoices, providing detailed explanations and recommendations on most vehicles the SIXT fleet had to offer.

Conducted data-driven site analyses and onsite inspections for public EV charging infrastructure, managed documentation, and supported rollout management through preparation of presentations, reports, and project documents.

Worked as a Telematic Operator in B2B car-sharing, coordinating communication between customers, public authorities, and repair shops to schedule appointments, resolve operational issues, and ensure timely completion of all tasks. Managed workflows primarily via phone, but also through email and mail correspondence. Developed a new Excel-based tracking tool that significantly improved oversight of the entire vehicle fleet and enabled more efficient process management.
