Wanted to Mentor with Richard Lynch, Owner of ACCENT WOODWORKS. His philosophy of "No Wasted Moves" will never leave me. I hope to Mentor someone that will have same impact it made with me. Produced custom made residential and commercial cabinets using raw logs & WoodMizer to slice logs for dry kiln. Produced custom wood doors and molding form information generated by Cabinet Vision. Using company install truck and tools to install cabinets to owner specifications.

Worked with Owner of Fontrick Door Inc, Mike Fontaine and many key people to efficiently order and produce custom ordered window and door assemblies. Involved with many reccomendations and key changes from order entry to shipment on truck. Main expertise was new product design, manufacturing process decisions. Key person to design, produce and test door and window assemblies for DP50 hurricane rating.

Produced 3D Solid Works Cad files to produce bent steel seat frame assemblies for Source International of Massacusetts.

Hired By Cabot Wrenn of Hickory NC to produce Veneer faces and Table assemblies in Upstate New York Region. Traveled to many companies, Qualified manufacturing facility to produce Cabot Wrenn product. Gave manufacturing specifications and checked quality level periodically.

Icon Design was opened by Wendell Castle to produce his Designed along with NYC designer Holly Hunt product. Task was to teach proper programming methods using Mastercam and operation of areas first wood router with C-Axis spindle capability manufactured by Anderson America.

Worked with Wood Veneer side of company to produce assembled wood veneer sketch faces to table assemblies to specifications determined by designer Terrance Hunt.

Hired by Ken Book, Past owner of Gunlocke Corporation in Wayland New York. Implemented use of first CNC machine and introduced CAD/CAM within Company. Objective was to produce products Designed by Terrance Hunt, Cabot Wrenn and Kohler and ship to customers within USA.

Wanted to learn CNC setup practices from Tool & Die industry. Gary Kone, Owner of FTT Manufacturing agreed to hire with me with CNC Router Experience to train me on CNC mill experience.

First engineering position out of college, NewYork stock market crashed. Very lucky for position. - Detail Drafting - CNC programming - Case Goods Design - Conference Table Manufacturing - Rough Mill Process - Veneer Face production - Solid Wood seating manufacturing - Converted CNC machines to quick change over bed design.

Most of my extra time off during college was working on 2 local dairy farms for income.
