Patrick Napier

As a planner for the Metro Nashville Planning Department my primary job duties are preparing cases such as, rezones, subdivision plats, planned unit developments (preliminary, final, revisions), and specific plans for presentation to the Planning Commission and Metro Council. I also assist the general public with questions regarding planning initiatives as well as the potential entitlements a parcel may have given its current zoning and underlying land use policy. I prepare written reports on behalf of the current planning department for special exception hearings brought before Board of Zoning Appeals and make recommendations for variances before the Metro Planning Commission.

I currently review documents for re-zoning and special exception applications as well as perform research for proposed zoning code ordinances.

As a customer service representative I provided instruction and demonstrations with regards to techniques in gardening, wine making, and home brewing.
