* Supervise and direct all incoming and outgoing shipments of manufactured track work and materials. * Support production and inventory control management team in the development and administration of freight and equipment damage claims. * Coordinate investigations, ensure all parties support assigned process, follow through on repairs, replacements as needed and close claim issues up to point of any remunerations required. * Ensure that material/products are available in the proper place, at the proper time, in the proper quantities, at the necessary quality, and at the best landed cost in alignment with Supply Management strategies, policies and procedures * Creation and launching of KPI's and definition of countermeasures before deviation from targets
