I’m a professional golfer and the founder of PBSM (PB Sports Management). PBSM exists to solve a very specific problem: elite golfers with talent, but without the structure, funding, or visibility needed to progress. I work closely with a small, selective group of players, helping them: • access the right competitive pathways • secure funding and sponsorship • manage schedules, costs, and progression • stay focused on performance while we handle the off-course reality My background spans professional golf and the commercial side of elite development sport. I’ve seen first-hand how many good players fall through the cracks not because of ability, but because of poor planning, weak representation, or unrealistic promises. I came to golf late after an injury ended a football academy pathway. That detour shaped how I operate today. I understand development pressure, uncertainty, and how fragile the transition into professional sport really is. PBSM is deliberately selective. We back players we believe in and work with partners who understand that development sport is a long game, not a branding exercise.
