• Work with sPower Asset Management team to ensure quality projects are installed and maintained throughout the portfolio • Data room management for technical document uploads and project document organization • Understanding of project management duties • NABCEP certification or other component specific solar certifications, electrical license in any state is preferred • Basic understanding of O&M management systems and ability to log detailed case and maintenance data • Basic understanding of how to interface with and understand various communication devices that operate under the TCP and Modbus protocols • Advanced electrical troubleshooting skills including AC/DC ground faults, asset communication issues, switch gear trips, and generic PV equipment failures • Advanced customer experience skills with ability to make the customer comfortable and included in the process of maintaining and servicing renewable energy assets • Basic computer skills to operate quickly and efficiently with manufacturer’s utility programs, Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, CMMS, DWG viewer, and various DAS platforms • Travel to sites as required to support O&M Team • Interact with Utility representatives for technical updates and discussions • Review technical documents and studies • Work with vendors for product technical support, warranties and logistics • Work with construction teams to ensure that all technical and bank/Independent Engineering requirements are met for project finance

Oversee all operations of plant, BOP. Hire employees, train new employees, interface with owners and develop maintenance plans, coordinate outages, optimize plant performance, create and submit reports.

Operate and maintain utility and commercial solar fields. Commission and onboard new sites, train new employees, and set up testing and maintenance schedules.
