Patrick Accisano has over twenty years of experience in New Jersey: - estate and elder planning - estate administration - estate litigation and probate actions; - real estate conveyances and land use/zoning - litigation involving contracts, businesses, real estate and zoning - consumer fraud litigation. Patrick Accisano has received numerous appointments from both the Supreme Court of New Jersey and the Superior Court related to estate, real estate and ethics matters. He has represented numerous governmental agencies on land use matters including Freehold Borough, Freehold Township, Little Silver, Farmingdale, Millstone Township and Keansburg. He has lectured before the Monmouth County Bar Association on attorney ethics matters, particularly pertaining to estate and real estate law.
