I've spent 25+ years in commercial real estate, mostly industrial, and I still love what I do. As Principal and Director of Client Operations, I lead our industrial platform across the U.S., focused on growing our client base, expanding our footprint, and building a platform that serves our team and attracts top talent. Before Avison Young, I spent 15 years at JLL. I was a Senior Vice President of Operations, sat on the U.S. Industrial Leadership Team and Global Industrial Board, running operations and prior to that marketing across the country. That experience gave me a deep understanding of how to build and scale an industrial services business, and I love bringing those advantages to our brokerage teams. Day to day, I'm focused on market intelligence, marketing, and technology, making sure our industrial team is set up for success. AY Technologies was a major draw for me when I came to Avison Young almost 3 years ago. There's no shortage of tech in our industry, but this is one I can stand behind. It gives our brokers an edge on every side of the transaction. I'm passionate about industrial as an asset class because it moves with the economy and never stays the same. The last few years have proven that in ways none of us expected, and honestly, that's what keeps it interesting. And I genuinely enjoy working alongside brokers in a principal-led model who are just as invested in this business as I am. Our team is our platform. I'm based in Los Angeles and serve on the U.S. Executive Committee and U.S. Market Leadership Council. I also lead Empower, Avison Young's U.S. Women's Network. Outside the firm, I'm active in NAIOP, SIOR, and sit on the Board of OWE (Organization of Women Executives) as Co-Chair of Communications.
