Responsible for consolidating the Statkraft Brazil Health and Safety Management System, ensuring a safe and health work environment for all employees and contractors.

Responsible for the implementing the SSMA Risk, Process and Performance Assurance (Audit) area for all the group's units and businesses, considering, among other milestones: team building, establishing interfaces with SSMA and other areas, defining guidelines and standards, audit protocols, protocols for the LOD (lines of defense), establishment of performance indicators, training and development, among others.

Direct report to the CEO. Manages a multidisciplinary team of 50 staff members. Update and consolidate of the sustainability and ESG master plan covering about 40 units in Brazil and involving over 18,000 employees. Maintainance and expand the environmental system and the ISO 14001 certification. Update of the occupational safety management system in line with best practices of the ISO 45001.

Direct report to the CEO. Manages a multidisciplinary team of 80 direct staff members. Updated the System of Safety and Environment, integrating Occupational Health and Sustainability, generating 50% reductions in accident rates, covering about 40 units in Brazil and involving over 16,000 employees. Maintained ISO 14001 certification and migrated into version 2015, in addition to supporting the implementation of ISO 50001 (Energy Management). Implemented the sustainability master plan and performance evaluation in line with ESG principles. Obtained external awards thanks to the implemented projects and achieved results.

Reported to the Quality and Safety Director. Restructured the team and managed 35 direct reports. Responsible for structuring, implementing, and maintaining the Safety and Environment System using innovative tools, focused on Zero Harm.

Reported to the Senior Corporate EHS Manager. Supported the design of the EHS Strategic Plan to all plants around the globe. Designed and implemented safety and health corporate standards and implemented campaigns and programs. Managed global EHS projects.

Reported to Quality VP in Brazil, restructuring the team and managing 8 direct reports. Managed all components of HSE for the Brazilian manufacturing plant. Developed HSE strategic planning and budget management. Included HSE in products and new construction projects. Improved and maintained behavior-based safety program.

Reported to the Plan Manager in Brazil. Managed a team of 30 direct reports. Worked in EHS, Real Estate and Conservation flows, having implemented the EHS strategic planning in all sites of Brazil. Maintained ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 certifications and integrated them to Quality management (ISO 9001). Received and carried out local and corporate audits; the Brazilian unit was among the top 3 EHS performers in the world. Implemented the behavior-based safety program. Interacted with many environmental and labor players.

Reported to the COO in Brazil. Managed a team of 30 direct reports. Managed all plants (contracts) in Brazil concerning HR and QSHE, designing and implementing management programs, integrating systems, developing teams, adjusting to legal issues, internal and external benchmarking, maintaining and obtaining certifications, performing maintenance audits, among others.

Reported to the Sao Paulo Plant Manager including a team of 15 direct reports. Integrated EHS management of 3 manufacturing plants. Implemented and maintained the safety and health corporate systems (based on MSM - Modern Safety Management - DNV) and environmental management system (ISO 14001), integrated with the quality management system (ISO 9001). Interacted with related agencies such as Labor Office (DRT), CETESB (Environmental Agency), among others, requesting permits and undergoing audits. Conducted a process of environmental remediation.

Reported to the Plant General Manager, managing 15 direct reports. Responsible for implementing and consolidating product management and processes in the manufacturing unit by managing costs, maintenance, quality control, and implementing TPM, 5S and TPS. Implemented health, safety, environment and quality projects and corporate standards for Latin America units. Implemented tools to analyze operational risks, review of safety and environment and FDA flow and projects.
