Big Shoulders is a craft coffee roasting company with 7 cafés and a wholesale/production facility in Chicago, including a cafe in Midway airport. Big Shoulders Coffee is a wholesale coffee company, currently distributed to restaurants, cafes, hotels, grocers and offices in over a dozen states (and growing). We offer not only premium coffee, but also equipment solutions, employee training and exceptional service. Our time in restaurants has proven to be a true differentiator from other coffee companies – as coming from restaurants we believe hospitality and service to be our core product.

I oversaw a rapidly expanding restaurant franchise organization with restaurants located in the Chicagoland and South Florida markets. The organization operated restaurant brands from fast casual to full service fine dining, including Blaze Pizza and Pollo Campero.
