I have led and planned the activities of materials for an optimal production line. -Main focus onto my activity is to analyze and foresee the best method onto ensuring the procurement and availability of components in a timely manner to meet the production needs for the end customer. -As a reccurent task, I oversee weekly MRP report, assessment report of supply risks and take action into mitigating any risks of line down situations. -Coordinating the buyer team by consolidating an strategic plan on supply related issues -Responsible for reaching the KPI targets on inventory, cost savings, maintaining week to week the purchase order alignment -I represent the first contact for the customer inquiries regarding supply and the first escalation point to the buyer team. Under this position, I have driven relentlessly actions in pursuit of customer satisfaction while also managing to reach the site's targets.

Responsable for the correct system alignment between the demand and order flow and ensure the checking of the buyer team within report process. -Owner of cost accounting and open claims by quarter -Maintaining weekly material reports onto anticipating the risks of gap in supply -Inventory excess and obsolete analysis to report to the management for mitigation -Partake into supplier escalations, identify alternatives of the components on the market and request internally documentation into activating the new source in the system -Monitoring and grading supplier's performance -Intense collaboration with the buyer team, logistics, component engineer to ensure internal supply target

Responsable for the order placement, signals and confirmations of delivery from the suppliers. -Ensuring timely escalations to the management of any delays/decomits of the orders -Checking invoices and support with solutions for correct payment -Procured correct documentation for all shipments for customs and booking purposes -Daily activities in internal programs for non-conform materials, creating expedite fee or tooling costs ID, return to vendor events in case of quality issue

Export driven responsibility for shipment prep of the finish goods and all system transfer alignments. -Daily check-up for WIP accuracy and backflush consumption of the SFG components -Support in case of ad-hoc inventory request -Management of BaaN transfers between warehouse types such as quarantine, Bonepile, production line and shipping -Solving the discrepancy of SFG and FG under the coordination of the Production Planner -Helps in identify aged work orders to be set as prio for planification.

Responsible for receiving physically the components and add them in the system on specific locations under the work instruction and releasing to the production all components needed for start up -Applying FIFO upon release in line, daily inventory and aging process report -Responsable correct manipulation of the components, announcing the production team of any missing components ensuring a continuous flux of material

Responsable for unit construction within production line and testing the finish good -Targeting 100% yeald, time efficiency in all the phases of the product -Maintaining a good collaboration with the supervisor and the team, announcing any defects upon process and working with the engineering team for quick solutions for the issue. -Respecting the 5S+1, the calibration check-up and SIC to avoid any potential defects in the production phase.
