Being a member of the Projects Affairs Technical Unit, I serve as a focal point for both Sustainability & Environment and Quality Management, driving key initiatives to enhance project performance and compliance. Sustainability & Environment • Led the development of a comprehensive sustainability framework, reducing environmental impact across Projects Affairs. • Collaborated with the Ministry of Environment and Climate Change to accelerate environmental permits and address challenges. • Proposed and implemented a standardized approach to dust emission control, significantly decreasing complaints. • Contributed to the development of the sustainability initiatives guide for the Building Projects Department. • Standardized environmental performance criteria for contractors and consultants. • Spearheaded the standardization of the Environmental Management process in Projects Affairs using Blueworks Live. • Led the “Implementation of AI Cameras” project across all fenced projects in collaboration with the Information Systems Department, while developing the associated business process. Quality Management • Led the PA Quality Working Group, coordinating across all PA departments. • Defined and implemented annual quality initiatives to enhance PWA project standards • Lead the pavement quality intelligence initiative • Organized and facilitated weekly quality meetings to share lessons learned, resolve issues, and improve project outcomes. • Conducted workshops and meetings between PA Departments and QSD to address recurring quality concerns. • Monitored and ensured the execution of defined quality initiatives. • Developed reporting structures and dashboards to enhance visibility on key performance indicators (KPIs). • Led the Non-Conformance Management System (APMS) to streamline issue resolution. • Standardized the Quality Management process in Projects Affairs using Blueworks Live.

Elevated Public Works Authority's project delivery through Strategic Initiatives: • Sustainability and Environment Focal point: 1. Spearhead the development of a comprehensive sustainability framework, that results in a reduction in environmental impact across all Projects Affairs. 2. Successfully collaborating with the Ministry of Environment and Climate Change to expedite environmental permits and resolve challenges. 3. Recommended implementation of a standardized approach to dust emission control, leading to a reduction in complaints. 4. Participated in the preparation of the sustainability initiatives guide for the Building Projects Department 5. Standardization of Contractors and Consultants environmental performance criteria • Member of the Quality Working Group which: 1. Established a framework for PWA's projects. 2. Implemented a standardized NCR Management System in APMS. 3. Delivered workshops for Project Managers and Engineers on best practices. 4. Introduced a recognition scheme for exceptional quality practices. 5. Implemented a quality staffing matrix for PA departments. • Handover Governance Group and Stakeholder Management Team • Contributed to developing a PMO Global Award submission, potentially positioning Ashghal for international recognition • FIFA World Cup 2022: Played a critical role in Ashghal's preparedness for the 2022 FIFA World Cup by: 1. Resolving project bottlenecks related to the event. 2. Contributing to monthly reports for H.E. Ashghal President. 3. Facilitating collaboration between Ashghal departments for project delivery. • Played a key role in shaping Qatar National Strategy 3 by analyzing, and synthesizing data on proposed KPIs, targets, initiatives, and projects by various Projects Departments in Public Works Authority under the environmental and economic sectors. • As part of the project management team, I played a key role in overseeing the construction of 2,700 bus shelters across Qatar.
