Activities about planning, management and control the different activities of the local administration. Collaboration for the creation of official local documents such strategic DUP (Annual Document of Schedule) and PEG (Executive Management Program) Participation at PTPC’s structure (Triennial National Program about Corruption Prevention) with design of the different process of the local structure of the town Hall

* Communication activities about the 2018’s fundraiser campaigns: Civil War in Syria and Yemen * Collaboration with national and local companies for the production of awareness campaigns * Logistic and supply material for the regional fundraiser agents * Formation about the communication skills and non-profit campaigns. * Special travels in Italian territory for National campaigns. * Coordination of the communication campaigns with national companies supporters of DWB’ values.

* Responsible of the adminsitrative process of order, process and invoices for the Spanish costumers. * Administrative and Logistic back office tasks related to the order process. * Administration of orders, returns, accounts payable and logistics of the Spanish Team. * Providing data and reports to the Commercial and Sales Team and Support Spanish Account Managers, Country Managers and sales support team. * Direct contact with Logistic and Planning Departments (Inbound and Outbound)

* Creation of Official Documents for Plenary of the Parliament and Commission Uses * Investigation and study about national and local matters for Parliamentary people * Legislative Assistance and Logistic Help on Plenary Session

* Creation and management of communication institutional campaigns. * Creation of new communication (online) channels with the citizenship. * Management of electronic channels of specific communication campaigns. * Continuative formation about new chances of communication of institutional structures with professionals and professors of politics communication
