- Produce independent and unbiased research and voting advice on governance and equity/compensation issues for publicly listed companies. - Review company disclosures (e.g., annual reports, meeting notices), analyze corporate governance and remuneration practices, and provide voting recommendations based on best practices. - Write and edit research reports prepared by Research Associates. - Contribute to additional research projects, including policy guidelines, white papers, blogs, and product enhancements. - Participate in issuer engagements as requested. - Provide guidance and oversight to Research Associates.

- Create and maintain RepRisk’s datasets focused on companies, NGOs, infrastructure projects, and other entities linked to ESG issues. - Research, validate, and encode relevant data, ensuring quality and accuracy before entering it into the RepRisk database. - Match client-provided entities with those in the RepRisk database. - Extract entity information using proprietary tools for entity matching. - Update RepRisk’s datasets accurately and timely, including structure, relationships, and corporate actions (e.g., M&As, spin-offs). - Collaborate with Business Information Research Leads and Analysts to ensure timely project completion. - Serve as the “point person” for overseeing projects and assisting other Analysts. - Prepare training materials and lead training sessions for Analysts. - Identify, assess, summarize, and evaluate risk incidents related to ESG issues following RepRisk’s methodology.
