Assistant Director for the event “I Am” celebrating the album release of a local South LA artist. · Assisted in organizing and creating this event for 100 community members to celebrate a local artists’ Album release and build community and support artistic community of South Los Angeles. · Led the recruitment efforts of local R&B artists for this event, which involved recruiting on social media, networking at open mics, speaking to people at coffee shops and putting up flyers in the South LA community.

· Planned and executed original College Youth Leadership Conference at Christ the Good Shepherd Episcopal Church. · The conference informed students of all ages on the importance of college, after-school development programs, goal setting and scholarships. · Organized presentations, guest speakers and handouts for students for each youth-led to ongoing mini-monthly conferences in South Los Angeles.
