Oversee, monitor, and measure service provider’s performance to ensure compliance to contracted scope of work. - Ensure facility operational strategies are in place to achieve infrastructure reliability and efficient building operations. - Facilitate the integration of RE services including Transactions, Planning, Project Management, Operations and horizontal functions as IT, EHS, Security, and Risk Management. - Manage multi-million dollar budget to forecast and implement process improvements that increase quality of services while decreasing operating costs. - Manage compliance with all regulatory, legal, and internal requirements. - Develop and maintain relationship between Business leadership and Real Estate, comprehending business strategies and operational needs to enable the implementation of effective real estate solutions.

Responsible for space management in Latin America countries, a portfolio of 3.8M square feet, 41 sites at 11 countries and 27.000 headcount, supporting space strategies to optimize the portfolio and attend business initiatives. Managed service provider for the sub-region, improving performance and implementing standard processes in all countries. Supported company initiatives as growth, consolidations, Metro Plans and MADO projects. Effective space solution identified to attend business needs and maximize the use of existing portfolio. Engaged on the implementation of new workplace standards, winning the "GCS leading the way" award for the implementation of the first full free address office at a HP site in Americas. Actively participated in process improvements initiatives, as space management and growth process, achieving clarification and bringing new ideas for improvements.

Responsible for Space and Project Management in Brazil, including new offices, expansion, reconfiguration and consolidation projects, having managed implementations in São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Porto Alegre and Brasilia. Activities included alternative analysis, approval process, project development and implementation, financial control and leading support areas as IT, EHS, Security and Supply Chain. Also responsible to lead a PM team in Brazil during EDS company merge process, consolidating into a portfolio of 987 Ksf and more than 8000 people.
