I'm from a Caribbean island with a construction industry led by hotels and touristic developments, with a growing real estate as well, which has given me the opportunity to be involved in various important projects. I've been working in the construction industry for almost fifteen years. I have been a key team member of building constructions and renovations of high standard touristic complexes. For these kinds of projects, challenges are not only represented by strict quality requirements, but also by tight deadlines and budget control needs. I am a disciplined, organized and a detail-oriented professional. All of the aforementioned are qualities that have helped me succeed in different roles I have performed in Budget and Schedule Planning, Contract and Project Management, and Project Controls, among others. The Tourism Industry in my country is commonly funded by international investors. Thus, most of the projects in which I have participated have been carried out by teams composed of professionals from different countries, sometimes with diverse working styles, culture and techniques. This has become an asset to my career, allowing me to learn various practices and to adapt easily to different working environments. Besides the accrued experience, I can define myself as a passionate and committed individual, who seeks perfection without compromising practicality. I give my best in everything I take part of.
