With over 15 years of experience in Human Resources, accumulating regional role as Senior HR Partner, specialized in org design, talent management, executive coaching, analytics and compensation management. I currently lead the Brazil Labor Relations discipline, supporting over 2,000 employees across different business units. As a certified executive coach and a design thinking practitioner, I am passionate about developing and empowering leaders, teams, and organizations to achieve their full potential.
